All bookings made through our website, phone, or third-party platforms are subject to availability. A confirmed reservation email or message will be sent after successful booking.

2. Check-in & Check-out Policy

Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will be eligible for refunds as per hotel policy. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full booking charges.

4. Identification Requirement

Valid government ID proof is required during check-in for all guests. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

5. Payment Terms

Payments can be made through online modes, card, or cash at the property. Additional charges (food, services, damages) must be settled during checkout.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and avoid causing any damage to hotel property. Any damage caused intentionally or by negligence may result in additional charges.
